About This Ministry
The Pastoral Care ministry extends the compassionate hand of our parish to those who are sick, homebound, or in nursing homes. Ministers bring comfort, companionship, and the Eucharist to those unable to join us for Mass.
What We Do
- ✓Visiting parishioners at home or in healthcare facilities.
- ✓Bringing Holy Communion and sharing a time of prayer.
- ✓Providing a vital connection to the parish community.
Schedule
Visits are scheduled individually by ministers.
